Good lectures that are easy to follow and the tests are not too hard if you study some. All around good teacher

Pros: None
Cons: The excerpts she chooses are as though it were a history of feminism. She has political aims and she uses her Culture class to present them. It is more indoctrination than it is education. Unbelievably, she skips: Sigmund Freud, Thomas Paine, Charles Darwin, Immanuel Kant, Adam Smith, and Friedrich Nietzsche. We have read about feminism and included the role of women in everything that has virtually nothing to with feminism (The Communist Manifesto, Olaudah Equiano).

Find a professor that will teach you actual Western culture, such as the truly important authors, all of which she does not include in the syllabus.
